Zegen Group, a fast-growing technology company, is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans

Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure that company policies and procedures are updated accordingly

Develop and maintain compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards

Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters

Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and complaints

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards

Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory agencies as required

Work with external auditors and regulators to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits and inspections

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Law, or Finance

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, preferably in a technology or software company

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in compliance software and tools

Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed.
