Zegen Group, a innovative technology company, is seeking a talented and experienced FINTECH Engineer to join our team. As a FINTECH Engineer, you will work on the development and implementation of financial technology solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain financial technology solutions to meet client needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable and efficient solutions.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of our software development processes.

Ensure that all solutions are secure, reliable, and compliant with applicable regulations.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in FINTECH and make recommendations for improvements to our products and services

Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide training to team members and clients as needed.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients and internal teams.

Participate in the development of project plans and timelines and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; master’s degree is a plus

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on FINTECH solutions

Strong programming skills in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript

Experience with financial systems and technologies, such as payment gateways, trading platforms, or financial data analysis tools

Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Willingness to learn new technologies and take on new challenges
