Zegen Group, a fast-growing technology company, is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team. As our HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring process, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies

Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and paperwork

Administer performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and employee relations

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files

Coordinate with managers and team leads to ensure employee engagement and satisfaction

Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvements to our HR processes

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations

Knowledge of HR laws and regulations

Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise discretion

Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software

SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
