Responsibilities:

In the role of Risk and Security Control Assessment (RSCA) Tester, you will play a key role in evaluating and enhancing the security controls within our organization. Qualifications:

Candidates for this position should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in security control assessments, penetration testing, or a related role is essential. Relevant certifications, such as Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), are highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are imperative for success, along with effective communication abilities to convey technical information to diverse stakeholders. Collaboration within a team environment, adaptability to evolving security challenges, and proficiency in security testing tools and methodologies further enhance suitability for this position.
