Zegen Group, a leading technology company, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating when necessary to ensure prompt and effective resolution

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues

Educate customers on our products and services and provide support in their use

Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers

Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to management

Participate in training sessions and stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

Qualifications: 

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus

2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technology or software company

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in customer service software and CRM tools

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus
